If you’ve gone through bariatric surgery or are in any of our non surgical programs, we’ll continue to provide you with the support you need to maintain your weight loss goals. We provide support groups, nutrition tips and exercise guides. If you’ve had bariatric surgery it’s important to stick to a healthy diet to continue to maintain your weight. Follow us on instagram to get all the nutrition tips curated by our dietician and approved by our doctors. We only share evidence based healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

Keep your body moving. Regardless of whether you’re trying to lose or maintain weight, you know the importance of exercising on a regular basis. Our non-surgical plans offer trainer led exercise sessions, but follow us on Facebook for additional tips.
